Terms and conditions

Thank you for shopping on the haymelon website.
To provide customers a safe and pleasant shopping experience, here haymelon lists the following terms of use. When you use the website, you agree to be bounded by the following terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms and conditions carefully.

  • The number of goods on this website is limited and will be sold out.
  • The picture is for reference only.
  • The color displayed on the monitor may differ from the actual color.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges for products that have been sold. Changing sizes and styles are not acceptable.
  • If the goods are found to be missing or defective, please call +852 9628 9303 within 3 days after receiving the goods to notify the haymelon customer service. Haymelon can arrange the replacement of the goods in the original packaging. Please keep the relevant receipt for replacement purposes. Overdue will not be accepted.
  • Haymelon reserves the right to amend the relevant terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, the final decision of Haymelon will prevail.

I: About the replacement of incorrect, missing or defective products
If the goods you received are missing or defective (not caused by man-made/mail damage, such as broken clothes, etc.), please return them according to the following rules:
  1. All packaging of the product must be in the original state of sale and unworn. We will not accept products with illegal or defective packaging and accessories. Please return it with all parts and accessories provided by the product.
  2. For return or exchange request, please email the order number, product name, product photo and reason to cs@haymelon.com
  3. If the customer fails to provide photos of the verified product, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
  4. After getting our reply confirmation, we will arrange to collect the goods and resend it.
  5. The shipping costs for returning the goods and sending the correct goods are borne by our company.

II: Order
When you place an order and submit an order, it means that you purchase the goods at the specified price of the goods. All product prices are displayed in Hong Kong dollars (HK$). We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
  1. The goods you ordered do not have enough stock;
  2. The price of one or more items ordered by you is incorrect due to human or computer errors or incorrect pricing information provided by the supplier.
If we cancel your order or the goods you ordered do not have enough stock, we will notify you by email and will refund the product amount to you. The credit card / refund will be deposited into your account as soon as possible within thirty (30) days from your order. You accept that we do not need to make any compensation for your dissatisfaction.

When you place an order, your credit card/other payment information will be collected, processed and retained by us and the payment service provider. III: Delivery
We will deliver the goods you ordered to the delivery address provided by you through a third-party supplier.

  2. After receiving the order, it will be delivered in about 9-14 days. There is no designated delivery time. Any time and date regarding the delivery of the goods, or the time required for delivery are only estimates and may be subject to deviation.
  3. If the customer requests to change the order being processed, the customer must contact us at least 2 working days in advance, otherwise we will not accept any changes.
  4. You agree and accept that we will not accept cancellation of orders or refunds to you under any circumstances.
  5. You should allow us to enter the designated delivery location and ensure that the recipient successfully picks up the package at that location. If the recipient fails to pick up the package at the designated delivery location, the customer may agree to place the product at the delivery location requested. The recipient is responsible for the ordered products. Haymelon has completed the shipment and delivery responsibility, and Haymelon will not be responsible for their loss or damage.
  6. Please note that all mailing risks (including delay, damage, loss or accidental theft of the goods caused by mail) must be borne by the customer, and the company will not be responsible.
  7. In order to protect the rights and interests of customers, overseas logistics transfer stations will not open the package of the goods for members to check the quantity or quality of the goods when signing for the goods for the customers, except for the inspection of the carried goods at the request of government departments and transportation departments, or the regular random sampling surveys and safety inspections of overseas logistics companies.

IV: Force Majeure
